Starters:
1- Hummus (chickpeas, garlic, tahini, and olive oil).
2- Mutabal (smoky Middle Eastern dip made with eggplant)
3- Fattoush salad ( toasted or fried pieces of khubz combined with mixed greens and other vegetables, such as radishes and tomatoes).
4-Falafel (ground chickpeas, fava beans, or both. Herbs, spices, and onion).
5- Kibbeh (made of bulghur cracked wheat, minced onions, and lean ground bee or lamb topped off with spices, like cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and clove).
6- Grape leave (leaves of the grapevine plant, stuffed with a mixture of rice, meat, and spices, and then cooked by boiling or steaming).
7- Tabbouleh salad (vegetarian salad made mostly of finely chopped parsley, with tomatoes, mint, onion, bulgur, and seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper).
Main Dish:
1- Kabsa chicken (Spiced grilled chicken and flavourful rice).
2- Kabsa meat (meat and rice with mixture of spices and unique taste, ground cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, turmeric, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, cardamom seeds, ginger powder, fennel)
3- Pastary's ( Arabic mixed pastery's)
Dessert:
1- Konafa (made with thin noodle-like pastry, soaked in sweet, sugar-based syrup, and typically layered with cheese and nuts).
2-Baklava (made of layers of filo filled with chopped nuts and sweetened and held together with syrup or honey).
3-Halawet el Jibn (made of a Semolina and cheese dough, filled with cream).
