The Celluloid Social Club and co-founders Paul Armstrong & Jeanne Harcoare sad to announce that one of the other co-founders of the Club, Cathi Black , has died.

The 3 of them started the Club in November 1997. There will be a short tribute to Cathi at the next Celluloid Social Club on April 18 at the AnzaClub Vancouver as we celebrate National Canadian Film Day that evening.

The Celluloid Social Club (CSC) is a monthly, independent short film screening and networking event held at the ANZA Club in Vancouver, BC, running since Nov 1997. Each film is followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers. People party and network after the screenings. Tickets minimum $5 cash at the door. Doors open 7:30 PM. Show starts 8:00 PM.
