Dropped at the northern edge of the Pemberton Icefield for 9 days, sixteen strangers worked together and overcame challenging terrain, collapsed bridges over rushing creeks, and seemingly impassable cliffs. After much blood, sweat and fears, they collectively summited every peak in the area and created new friendships in the process. Shins and hands were cut, ankles were sprained, shoes worn out and equipment broken. There were rewards before fate added some final-day drama : hot spring soaking, great food and conversations, and a sold-out farewell concert on the eve of an overdue helicopter extraction when forest fires abruptly threatened the camp.
